Salomague Island or popularly known as Cabugao Island. A small paradise located in the small barangayof Sabang in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur.

How much does the trip to Salomague Island cost?

As we all know, gas prices had gone higher which makes the fare to be a bit higher than before. However, these are the possible cost to go to Salomague Island: 

- Bus fare from Tagudin to Cabugao: 250 pesos per head

- Tricycle fare from the bus drop off to Brgy. Sabang: 50 per head

- Boat rental: 600-1000 (7-9 pax)

- Tricycle from Sabang to bus station: 70-80 per head

- Bus from Cabugao to Tagudin: 250 per head

 Diving in the island

The place is also great for snorkelling and diving.

Note: Food and service are not available. The only service that you'll get is on the boat you board. They will assist you in disembarking the boat and giving directions to the island (optional for them). Bring food so that there is something to eat in on the island. Be a responsible tourist, do not leave or scatter trash on the island and even in the sea.

SANGBAY NI RAGSAK: PATOC-AO,SUYO

Sangbay ni Ragsak is located at brgy. Patoc-ao, Suyo.

If translated to English, it means 'Waterfalls of Happiness'.

It is approximately 30m in height. This fall attracts the local and foreign tourists.

It seeks ecological and natural surroundings to enjoy.

The water is not deep enough for diving, however the cool water is good for people to dip in. 

How much does it cost to go to Waterfalls of Happiness?

- From Tagudin to Suyo, the tricycle fare is 30 pesos per head.

- Drop off at Urzadan bridge and from there hike all the way. Take the left side a smaller road where there is a waiting shed at its entry corner and an eatery at the back. Continue hiking until you reach the Bailey Bridge (Gongogong Bridge).

- Cross the bridge and continue walking reaching a waiting shed then go to your left road going up.

- Keep going upwards until you see a rough road on your left. Go on this road and continue walking passing a farm area and finally into the waterfalls.

- Entrance fee: 20 pesos per person.

- Cottage: 100 pesos maximum of 12 hours.

Note: Be a responsible tourist! Do not throw any garbages in the falls!

Caniaw Heritage and Forest Park is located at brgy. Taleb Bantay, Ilocos Sur. It is a place that you can visit anytime. Caniaw is a place that you can feel the fresh air of nature.
